Artist arrival is subject to scheduled prior events (i.e. concerts, press conferences, etc...).
A performance is not guaranteed, but artist attendance is.

All tickets are sold as general admission, standing room only.
Guests must show a valid form of ID:
Valid photo driver's license
Valid photo ID card issues by the state with thier old ID
Canadian Driver's license
A valid U.S. Armed Forces ID with photo
A valid passport or travel visa with photo
Dress code:
The dress code is at the discretion of our door manager
Our best advice: Dress to impress
Guests must have a clean appearance
Smoking - Indoor shows are non-smoking including but not limited to e-cigs, vapes, etc. in accordance to Allegheny County law.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: Everyone at Foxtail is there for one thing: to have an amazing time!
Courtesy & respect for employees and guests must be demonstrated at all times. Rude, ethnic, disability, or sexist jokes, racial or religious slurs, taunting, or intimidating behavior will not be tolerated. No harassment of any sort is allowed. If you're having issues of any kind, please don't hesitate to speak with security or management!
If you appear to be visibly intoxicated, have a poor attitude or demeanor, display aggression towards customers and/or staff, or lead our door staff to believe you could cause a problem, you will not be granted admission.
Foxtail reserves the right to not admit entry for any, but not limited to, the above reasons listed.

Can I get a refund if I can't make?
There are no refunds or exchanges. If an event is canceled, then you may seek a refund at your point of purchase.
Can I leave the event and come back?
Our events have a "no re-entry" policy, which means once you enter, you cannot leave and re-enter. There are beverages available on-site.
What time is the event?
The time listed on your ticket is the time that the doors will open for the event. We do not disclose artist arrival, duration, departure, or any other time frame, as they're set by the artist.
What can't I bring into the event?

Any form of weapon (knives, mace, pepper spray, etc.)
Chains or wallet chains
Anything with studs or spikes (shoes, bracelets, rings, clothing, etc.)
Unlabeled medication or illegal drugs

Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or discarded. Prohibited items will not be kept or stored on venue property. Anything placed outside of our property will be discarded or removed by authorities.
Foxtail reserves the right to deny drugs that are unlabeled, unidentifiable, in large quantities or for reasons otherwise cited by security/management.
